I got to Spartanburg this afternoon and bought a solenoid. Installed it tonight and the cart runs fine. If someone could have told me the white wire solenoid was not the main solenoid this would have been easier. Maybe next time someone asks someone will remember the red and yellow wire solenoid is the main one. You guys got a new wire diagram that should be a help and Scott got a manual so all is good I hope. Thanks for the help.

Glad to hear that, and thanks for the manual So the solenoid with the white wires was the regen braking solenoid?

I do not think the color of wires is reliable indication of function, especially on modified carts.

We are talking factory wiring here. But i do acknowledge the ongoing problem we have here with the 'blue or yellow' wire when the person asking the question has no idea what the fuction of the wire is or where it even goes?

If the factory wire diagram is available and everthing is color assigned then discussing wires by color is fine....IMO
