Finally got time to work on it, replaced the HEI module this time made sure all wires are hooked up properly and it works great! I highly recommend doing the HEI upgrade. It starts much better and don't have to use the choke even has more power. Be sure to hook up the ground on the module it will only run for a second if you forget it like I did, lesson learned. Thanks to everyone for the help much appreciated!
