Need Help Identifying This Golf Cart
I just bought this golf cart from a friend. I am looking for some help with identifying it. Here are my questions:
1) How can I tell or find out what year/model it is? I believe it's a 2002 because it has some writing underneath the front end with a date of 12/15/02. Is there anywhere else to look for the date? What about a serial number? 2) What size and make is this motor? Is it a 24hp? What is the make? Can you tell by the pictures? 3) I need to buy a new ignition switch with key. Currently the cart as aftermarket lights on front. What brand/type of ignition switch should I buy? 4) Any idea what size lift this golf cart has? Thank you all for the feeback. I need your help. The cart is an '88 or prior EZGO Marathon with a body swap. That is a 2pg motor rated at about 8.5-11hp

The exhaust is older than 88, but the carburetor looks like a BV-24 because the choke is in a different place.
That also looks like a square fuel pump that doesn't belong on a 2pg. |

Good eye Cart Around! I didn't see that. It definitely isn't a 2pg pump.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like if the cart is an 88 or older with a newer body, I'm going to have fun trying to buy parts. I need a new ignition switch/key. What should I buy? Yes, it has two clicks because it has light.
