Put new lines on last week. I'll try the float and report back.
Thanks

Ok. I adjusted float level, probably a little than needed but the fuel has now stopped coming out of the vent hose. Still the same symptoms though. So next, I took spark plug out, cleaned it, ran it around the block, still hesitating / sputtering, took plug out and here's the pic of it. To me it looks ok but I'm no expert.
Now, when I have the rear end raised and run the cart, it seems to run fine. It seems more pronounced under load I guess.

Well your plug looks good have you tried taking the fuel pump apart and cleaning it? I am kinda stumped it really sounds like a fuel problem to me I'll think on it for a bit and see if anything else comes to mind

I think we are on the same lines although you probably know a lot more about these things than me. I ordered a rebuild kit for the fuel pump on sunday. Hopefully it'll be here soon. Let me know if you think of anything.
Thanks

ya no not really I just got into golf carts about middle of last year but have done a lot with atvs and dirt bikes and mowers. I mean a motor is a motor there all just about the same just trying to help you through the way I would do it is all. Still think on my end we can get ya going again.

Hey random thought had you double check all wire connections are tight I have had a loose ground do some funky things or a plug wire that's not tight enough maybe??

Yea, I did mess around with all the wiring while running with the rear end raised with no difference. But like I said, it sounds good until you get on road.

Do you have one or two adjustment screws on your Carb? You said you have replaced all fuel lines Carb and filter. Is there any chance you cleaned out your gas tank? And also is your oil mixed or injected?

There is a few screws on carb. One looks like a jet or something, doesn't adjust, just screws in tight. Another small one is what I think is the idle and then I have what I believe is the mixture screw. Yes, during the rebuild I took tank off and cleaned it all out.
I mix the gas and oil myself. No injector.
Something I have noticed tonight is that while I was running the cart with rear end raised I noticed on the shafts that goes to the pulley for the belt, there looks like what is probably a seal that has worked it's way out from motor and is spinning on the shaft. Could this cause my problem do you think ? I've added a pic of it.
