2002 TXT starting issue
Hey guys,
I am trying to get this car to run. The car has good fuel flow, compression but spark seems to be bad. I used one of those in line testers with a light bulb. Bulb lit up but not too brightly, but I know it's not a very accurate test. I removed the two plugs and they were black but not really fouled up. When I put them back in and pressed the gas, my tester bulb didn't light. I checked to make sure I seated the plugs correctly and that I didn't cross thread them. I also confirmed with my tester on another cart that it was still working. My question is, is it more likely the coil went bad or the igniter?? Also where is the igniter located? I can't seem to find it. Last question, just to be safe, how many grounds should there be? I only see one ground right near the solenoid on the frame. Please give me any support you can thanks all |
