The DPI accusence goes into float mode when charge is complete. Mine holds the pack at 52.6 in mode 2. If you were to disconnect the charger from the cart the pack would settle to ~50.9 after 10-12 hours. (assuming a good pack)

That's the DPI charger. It gives you just a little bit extra charge. So after 18 holes I'm still at 95% or so. Before with my PD charger it would be down to about 75% or so. After 18 holes.

Ok. So I have a question. My PD charger is good and my obc is good. I thought I would just connect an extra wire from charge receptial to pack neg leaving all other wiring in place. The DPI charger works just fine this way, but today the yellow battery light came on. Did not effect the cart running, but I didn't like it. So this evening I unhooked the obc connection and put a jumper wire from blue to white wires then taped over the jumper and left the connector unplugged.

Question can I just leave it this way, so that if I ever sell my cart I can just remove the jumper and hook the connector back together. I will need to remove the extra wire from the charge port to pack neg as well.

I sure hope it is that simple. It just seems too easy.

Mine holds the float charge at 52.9 to 53.0 volts and I trust my meter as it reads spot on with my Fluke. I can make a 2 to 3 mile hilly run at speed and have my batteries still show 100 % SOC after a few minutes recovery time...
