Angry Low End Torque Dump "Thunk"

Hey lads, into my first Golf Car, CC 2015 Precedent I2 Excel.
Local CC dealer just installed a speed package rom D&D Motors with 5062 motor, d&d 500amp controller, hd solenoid & wires.
High end runs great but going slow, when you let off the acceleration, their is a loud "thunk" with a drop in the rear end. Feels like the torque unloads on the rear spring and pauses.
Dealer can't get D&D on the line to trouble shoot. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Check your leaf spring bushings and shackle bushings.

I'm on my way to the dealer now. It's a brand new car but I'll check bushings, thanks!

D&D tech finally called with no help. Went to Altrax customer service and finally received knowledgeable assistance. Need to do some re-wiring and I'll update.
