96 EzGo Workhorse Flooding Out
Recently was able to finally talk my work into selling me this cart after 5 Years of asking...I got it! Its been sitting for a few years but was told it ran when it was parked just wouldn't charge.
First off I Unplugged fuel lines and tried it off a jumper box with Starting fluid, It ran but was sluggish. Since then I've Cleaned out the tank, bought a new (ebay) carb, filter ect and now it just simply instafloods with in seconds. I pulled a fuel pump off a lawn mower just to see and same thing. I can pull the fuel line and it runs great, until of course it runs out of gas. Put it back it trys to run briefly and floods out... I read about adjusting the float level, so i pulled the new carb bent tab and it wouldn't even try to run. I assumed i bent to much and yet after nothing the next day it ran good for a couple minutes before returning back to massive flooding. Seams like it should be something fairly simple...Any input advice would be appreciated. Thanks Kenneth |

Re: 96 EzGo Workhorse Flooding Out
try putting a T in your fuel line before the carb, run the line off of that back to your tank...
