Gasoline cart stalled - started after towing
1997 EZ-GO - Gasoline - Running without issue - Stalled while going down a hill - would not turn over - figured it was a regulator that failed and that the battery had drained down - jumped it with a new battery (fully charged) would not crank the starter - it was hotter than blazes on the asphalt so I towed it about one mile to my home - I checked the new battery (13+ Volts) - I checked the old battery (13+ Volts) - what the heck? Not the charging system. I pressed on the accelerator just for the heck of it. Cranked right up. Is it a short or something? I see some things posted where coils can heat up and shut down. Where to from here? 95 degrees and 85% humidity, so I will not be anxious to go back out there . . . JW
