1989 marathon spark plug wire to coil install???
Also have another issue I noticed today the spark plug wire where it goes into the coil can be pulled out it does give spark if you stick it back in the hole so just wondering how this is supposed to be mounted. I looked at new ones and just show the hole not threads or clips or anything.

There should be a barbed spike down in the coil hole that you jam the wire onto.
You can trim a little off the wire, and start fresh. |

Thanks seems to be working fine just snipped some off, stuck it in the hole, and rolled the boot back down over the hole.
