Default Opinions on Disc Brakes?

Lifted gas 2002 EZGO with standard brakes. I have cleaned and adjested them and just doesnt stop well enough for my liking. Has 23 x10.5 -12 tires. What disk brakes is everyone using now and who has the best deal ?

If I'm spelling it right, I believe I see a lot of the electric guys using Ausco disc brakes.

I just found this thread.

I have used the Jake's disc kit before on an electric cart with a lift and was very happy with it . It was mainly used on Hills in the woods for hunting and it would stop on a dime .

There is no reason for that cart to not stop correctly with the factory brakes. As much as I hate to say it, I find 95 percent of all brakes improperly adjusted. If you cant lock the brakes up, they are mis-adjusted.
