What years did EZGO use KW 13.5 HP Motor?
I'm looking to buy a EZGO TXT or RXV cart to tow my drag race car around the pits. I want the biggest most powerful factory motor I can get. With that being said I've been looking at carts between the years 2006/2013 with the 13.5 HP 401cc Kawasaki motor. When I see carts listed on E-Bay or CraigsList many are listed as GAS and many people don't have a clue what motor they have in their cart and neither do I. Even some dealers don't list what size the motors are, some carts are listed as 13.5 HP and other carts are just listed as GAS on the same dealer web site. Were there two different motors available for the same year and model? When did EZGO start using the bigger motor in the TXT and RXV models? Was it an option? I would like to know what years to consider and which ones to stay away from.

The robin (2cyl) or the Kawasaki both work fine,I have had both.
