gas club car vin 1g9301314113 full throttle or nothing
cart starts and runs great , but its full throttle or nothing .. cant find how to adjust linkage ? . thanx in advance
also what year is my cart ? |

Welcome to BGW Eric!
 1G = Gold Standard Precedent, Gas Gold Standard = a used fleet car, but remanufactured by Club Car Gas Precedent model I'm not sure about the original year, or when it was remanufactured... Usually with an "all or nothing" throttle, most cases will lead to a broken, or missing throttle plate on your carb. (Click pic to enlarge) 054.JPG . |

There are only 2 engines in these... an FE290, or an FE350, and the carbs are different!
the way to find out what size engine you have is by the bar code sticker on the engine shroud... 001 (2).JPG 002 (2).JPG Before ordering a carb... remove it and confirm that the plate is broken!  |

my throttle was kinda like that. plate was all wore out. new carb and its like new.
