This may be a stupid question on my part, but are your shocks fully extended? Would the rear lift if those shocks were unbolted?

It looks like the lift kit uses the same mounting configuration as stock. On top of the leaf springs. If so, then the shock probably didn't need any length increase.

Your springs don't look like either of the springs on their catalog page. By the way, count how many leaves your springs have. It looks like three to me. The springs in both pics on their catalog page have four leaves.

You are correct, the springs they sent me have three leafs and their website pic shows four. I'm not sure what they sent me but I'm asking for the third time to return or replace them. I hope they answer me tomorrow. I'll put my stock springs back on until I find somewhere else to buy the correct heavy duty springs.

Correct, the shocks are fine and have travel left if you pick up on the back of the cart.

I received a call today from the Manager at Golf Cart Tire Supply. They are going to exchange the springs for the heavy duty 4 leaf springs. Looks like they are going to make things right after all. He apologized for someone not getting back to me, said it was unacceptable and wanted to make things right.

That's great. They seem like a respectable business. But even in my office, sometimes the ball gets dropped. More so if the situation is a bit befuddling like yours.
