Brainstorm Turn Signal Brushguard Suggestions/Ideas

When I started this cart I planned on replacing the Amber Lense Cover of the headlights with a clear one but I don't think that's even an available part option.

I'd like some ideas/suggestions for some turn signal lights. I want to use Blue LED. Maybe an enclosure like a clear marker light box and slip some Bright Blue LED Strips inside to maybe mount on the top or bottom or both of the Brushguard.


I do not like seams otherwise I would probably just stick 3m light strips somewhere but I want it to be clean looking and enclosed. Plus I would still be able to wash it down with the hose.

Throw me some ideas/pictures if you want to.

Or I've seen clear ones you can put color led 194 bulbs in.

Check with a 3D printing outlet near you... It should not be so much expensive.

You can choose color or clear and the bulb will make the color. Try to keep the file once done.

Yeah saw some single bulletstyle fender markers. Thought maybe those on the backend.

Possibly just replacing the front headlights with halo headlights and using the halo part for the blinker portion.

Wondering if anyone has tried those on their carts. Not sure how they’d look tho

Found some headlights with Halos to replace the cart's headlights.
Added an additional LED strip to fill the slight gap around it. Think it looks ok.

Gonna use those as the front Blinkers.

Destroyed a couple LED Light Bars to Repurpose as housing for the rear Brakes and Blinkers.

Finishing up darkening the Lens Covers so you wont be able to see the actual light strips in the daylight.

Got the floorboard push/foot buttons ready to hook up and should be good to go.
