I can get my engine out in 20 min, but I've had practice lol and that is not always a good thing. Swapping two carts is a little different. It could be cables/connections on the starter, or brushes. Connection issues are common if the cart was in wet conditions or has enough age.

Ok, swapped starter/generators and she fired right off. Buttoned everything up and took her for a spin around the neighborhood. All seems well.
