Agreed 100%. I missed that part...

He said it was fine before he upgraded the spring so I doubt the cables are stretched too much. Its something that happened during the "upgrade" so best fix is to either bypass the governor as many people do, or put it back the way it was before.

Part of the reason I wait for things to break before I upgrade. Sometimes you inadvertently create problems and then end up chasing your tail to try and figure out what went wrong :)
