Default New G9 Owner

So I just joined the cart community with a 95 G9. I have added a back seat and now the rear roof supports wont work anymore (they are the ones that bend back to the basket). I would like to use the rear supports that attach to the front seat back bracket. Is it possible to add those if they were not there before? I have searched for an answer but can't find anything. PICS are examples of what I have vs what I want.

There are 2 different tops for sure. They have different widths between the metal rails as well. I had an issue ordering a windshield once before because I had the other style top. You are better off running some new metal. I am unsure if anyone makes replacements. I do have some photos if you end up needing them. The design on the top you do not have, can easily be made with some aluminum square tubs, no welding needed.

So I found a non sponsor that sells roof systems for G2-G9 carts. They told me that the rear supports I'm wanting to use will work for any of these carts roofs so I was able to order just a new set of the rear "straight" supports. I'll post some pics once i get them installed.

i had a g9 before my G29, roofs/supports/back seats are tough to find for these, probably due to the age of them.

also take care of those side pillars that cover the sides of the seats.. I lost one and they are also tough to replace.

Good luck

I just made my own from some other cart's roof supports (no idea what kind of cart they came from). I cut them up and made them fit, works great.
