1999 G16 Gas cart stutters
Cart was running fine, turned off for a few minutes then it wouldn't move forwards. It was like the buggy couldn't make up its mind if it wanted to go forwards or backwards.. it has new solenoid, checked hubs splines all ok.. jacked it up , motor runs but wheels are not turning at normal speed , and at the start the rear wheels move forward and back ..looks electrical to me, but i have no idea what to do next

I found the issue...clutch was locked up..one of the fingers had come out and locked it solid.
