Default G29 Crankshaft Broken tooth

Looks like we are gonna have to figure something else out with this motor. Has been running for along time I am assuming with the broken tooth. Tore it apart to rebuild the top end. Wonder how long it could last with one broke tooth.

I think I'd just replace the crankshaft. Not worth having to do the job twice. Bigger question is, what is so far out of tolerance that would allow it to break a tooth off the crank gear?

Here is all of my measurements from the bore and piston.
Piston Skirt 3.345in

Bore Measurements
D1 3.344in
D2 3.346in
D3 3.342in
D4 3.342in
D5 3.342in
D6 3.346in

Bore Size- Avg of D1-D6=3.346in
Taper-Max of D1/2 minus Max of D5/6=0
Out of Round Max of D1/3/5 minus Min of D2/4/6=.002in
Piston to Cylinder=.001in

Other than a light smoke the cart was noisy but that was from the Team Primary being way past overdue for needing to be replaced.

If theres more measurements I can check let me know.
