Default G1 issues again

Secondary clutch sheave fell apart on me again. The castle but sheared off the cotter pin and the sheave fell off. I don’t know what’s going on with this but it is very frustrating. It’s also wobbling/shaking like crazy and making a flapping sound and at full throttle the whole thing makes and awful sound. Would bad motor mounts cause any of these issues? The clutch also looks like it’s wobbling. Any ideas?

looking at that that secondary is probably shot, if its wobbling that bad either its bent from falling off or the bushing / shaft is worn that much.

If the shaft isn't damaged check the inside of the clutch and see how bad the bushing is, see if ate into the housing yet but I'm betting the hole is oblonged out. It does look to need motor mounts but the best thing is to pull and inspect them.

How can I check the bushing/shaft?

Clutch is off. Bushing doesn’t look bad, Ramps are shot and so are the motor mounts.

Take a caliper and measure the shaft and then the bushing to see what the gap is.
