Default Yamaha G16

I have a G16 that runs great from 5 to however fast but spits and sputters from zero to 5 miles a hour give or take. I pull the choke and it comes out of it for a minute but starts doing it again, changed the carb oem, plug, fuel pump, all filter but same issue. Please help

Is it a cheap carb for around 20 bucks? If so, sometimes those can cause more problems.

Is your air box sealed like it should be? I had a G9 that would do the exact same thing until I fixed the air box lid. Worth checking...

What kind of shape are the clutches in? And the belt?

Is this a rig you just bought like this or something you've had for a while?
