club car stop going - need electrical help

:Help: I have a 36 volt electric 1994 club car . Just got it. Put new batteries in. Run OK other than, sometimes it would not got either way. but after pressing the peddle several times it would start going again. Now it will not go at all. I have checked each battery. They all had around 6.5 volts. I checked and cleaned all the connections. I checked power at the motor... on two of the wires there was a constant 38 volts and the other two wires there was 38 volts if the shift lever was in forward or reverse. I also checked micro switches and cleaned the v glide. If power is at the motor why does it not turn and where does the controller come into play?

When this happens try wiggling the F/R switch instead of the peddle.
Above in the stickies there are several wiring Diagrams , look at the one for you Cart .

Is this the correct one 3 Micros , 1 Solenoid and a VGlide ?

Wire diagram is correct . Tried f/r switch and no change . All 4 lead connections on the motor have 37 volt when r/f switch is on in either direction , is that the way it should be ? I noticed the small black and white wire on the controler never energize , should they ? I am starting to think the contorler might be bad . Is there a way to jump motor to see if it is working ?

If I knew what each componate was suppost to do and when it was suppose to do it , that would help me . I there a place I can read about this ?

I believe the Black and White wires you are talking about are coming from th V-Glide and they are for speed controller. They do not have power running through them.

IF they come from a v-glide they will read 5K -0 ohms through the full range of the gas peddle .... this is the throrrle position indication signal. It tells the controller how much amperage to let thru to the motor. Do not attempt to test the motor or controller yet....

It's called the Club Car Maintenance/Service Manual. A Used 1 for your cart will probably
