Re: club car 2002 Solenoid kicks
Take a look at the F/R contacts & cables, you may have a melted copper contact or one of the wires may be pulled from the connection. thats if your 02 is a DS cart and not a IQ, IQ will have a button for f/r and DS will have a handle. let us know

It may be that the F&R toggle is going bad? Check with a voltmeter. Are you saying the solenoid clicks in F but not in R?

ScottyB can you post the motor diagnose page that you have, Then if the motor checks out good, your controller is no good,

Ya controller failure or bad batteries.

Re: club car 2002 Solenoid kicks
Batteries are reading good and I have lots of speed in F, when I put it in F the solenoid clicks and the wheels start turning and when I release the pedal the solenoid clicks and the cart stops, when I place in R the solenoid clicks and immediately clicks off again. You think it might be the controler?

Re: club car 2002 Solenoid kicks
Are there any tests I can perform on the controller to determine if it has failed.
