dude that is sick!!! thats the same cart i just picked up yesterday. is that set up (motor) a clutchless type? similar to the xr 50's? What i mean is, you just put it in gear and then just upshift or down shift without a cluctch lever. lets see some linkage pics, and such... AWESOME!!!

yep it's the clutchless kind. the lever on the shifter is for reverse. i had it runing but i need to figure out a fuel tank set up

I see a rubber hose coming out the top of the engine... is this engine water cooled? I don't see any fan setup over the cylinder. Does the engine have a fuel pump or was it gravity fed?

it's air cooled set up that hose is a vent tube. the atv tank was gravity fed so i need to do a low pressure pump for the cart tank or i need a new gravity fed tank.

turns out the 6 to 1 ratio rear end was to slow so im adding a one more jackshaft to try gear it and get a little more speed hope it works.

hey ez go atv, is it gettin down or what? Im having a hell of a time finding one of those motors, complete. may have to get a complete quad, lol!
how does the shaft conncet at the rearend? it looks killer, would like to call u sometime if ya dont mind. thanks, mark |
