Default Regen 2- Club Car cart is intermittent

My cart is a regen 2 system. Will bump forward only will not move any further. Solenoid clicks in both forward and reverse. Sometimes it will run properly for a short distance then will be required to be towed back to house. All connections are good. Batteries are fully charged. Only recieving aprox. 26v to the solenoids and to the motor when the throttle is pressed fully.

Where should I look next. Thanks for helping newbie out.

What is the voltage on the pack?
Then follow the voltage through all the connections and see if you can find where the voltage drops?

Have you checked the water level of the batteries?

I followed to the controller with all checking right. when going to the solenoids that is when the voltage drops to 26v. Could reseting the controller fix this problem?

water level is correct in each cell of all batteries

sounds like the controller or there was another thread that a guy had a speed sensor problem that was telling the controller the motor was going faster than it should and was turning the regen on.
