one year old t 890 trojan s.. i sorry it does like ur s roady not 15 seconds till after it kicks on for a few sorry.. i have 50.8 volts so is my batteries ok

what do u think obc i check fuses on see threw glass on charger and one on plug in port and a couple others

I was just curious as to if you disconnected the small yellow (or brown) wire on the back of the charge receptacle if the charger would still come on. If that wire is disconnected (take fuse out) it should NOT come on. iffin it does theres some serious other issues. If it doesn't come on then the OBC is bad...I'm pretty sure the OBC is bad anyways like Tahoe said.

Yeah... it's shot man... The OBC is fried... two different ways. I've seen both problems hundreds of times, but congrats to you. You're the first I've ever seen to have both all in the same OBC.

You can check it but its not really going to show you anything. Tahoe is spot on, OBC is shot. Really the only thing disconnecting that wire is going to do is let you know the relay in the charger is good or bad...or perhaps some other internal charger issues if it comes on with the wire disconnected. It shouldn't.
