Ok so I'm pretty new to the site but I keep reading about the MCOR or the v glides? I have a half moon looking box on the driver side of my cart. I know this is the right part but what's it called for one? Second I was trying to see which was the best set up for my situation. If it needs to be replaced(because I have replaced serveral things already) I was wondering which would be the best for my cart. I've also heard of a PB-6? I have replaced motor, controller, fandr switch, solenoid as well as cables. Its got new batteries, an 8" lift and 26" tires. Thanks for any help or opinions.

thats your speed control.......to get a good look and open it you need to take one battery out...its V-glide, all parts for it you can buy or the whole unit........................

Thanks shadow, but is it the best speed control for my cart or is it my only option? If i've replaced everything else should I replace it as well? Thanks again

It's good, but not the best. On your cart, the Best option would be to replace the V-Glide with a PB-6, but this takes a little fabrication work to do. Replacing it would give you a smoother acceleration that the multistep setup of the V-Glide.

There are some on this site that did a MCOR conversion which I believe is the current throttle in use on CC. There are conversion kits out there and this might eliminate the need to fabricate throttle linkage.

Shoeman,I have the same cart and mine is a regenII,I bought a pb6 to eliminate the multi step pot box and hopefully cure a choppy throttle responce.The pb6 is a 2 wire to controller and the multi step is a 3 wire???To date I have been unable to find out how or if it can be used with a regen controller.Good luck Dave
