Okay, I think I've narrowed down the issues but for the life of me don't know the "why".
The string reads 48V across from 1st red to 8th black. Each battery reads around 5 V (my meter is not digital) BUUUUT the charger plug is still reading 36V!! I traced all the wires in the schematic but don't see anything wrong. Totally annoyed. |

Oh.. and I tried the OCB dump earlier also. Tony had disconnected the reverse beeper so it never beeped but I left it in "dump" mode for over an hour. He came home and plugged it back up and I tried the reset again...but it never beeped at all. hmmm....

Running out of options here , do U have a friend with another 48 volt CC , that U can either test U'r charger on or get his charger and test on your cart.
Spend 15 bucks and get a digital meter . PS: take some more pictures of OBC(not so close up) and cabling |
