curtis controller troubleshooting

hi peeps, currently running a 1510 curtis controller 48V

is there any way to test if the controller is working properly without the curtis programmer?

the motor was bench tested and is working, when hooked up to the controller nothing seems to be happening.

since we werent supplied with the throttle we just hooked up a 3 wire pot and varied that but the motor is still not spinning...... o.O

any ideas???

Hi

curtis program 1314 PC will help you alot in testing controller
you will see everything and can monitor all fault

you can make your own cable for that :)

btw im getting a curtis controller 1510 service manual either monday or tuesday so i should have a lot of info for peeps o.O

Go to Curtis Corp controller section and on 48 volt controllers near end of many pages of instructions it shows a test bench set up that works very well ( does require some extra parts to test )
