Looks like these Batteries are no good. Although each Battery shows 8.4+V and the Pack is at 50.4, every cell in the pack has a specific gravity of less than 1.20 which is what it was when the Pack was at 49V.
Does this indicate only a surface charge?
If so, could it be that the problem is not the OBC but needing new Batteries?, hoping it is not both.
These are 2 year old Trojans.

do a load test and if you can one of those discharge tests on the batts, if they are bad that would indicate someone put them in and thats it.........a complete lack of care and maintence, that being said the charger should still come on with that voltage so theres a chance that yes you do have 2 problems batteries and OBC ......bummer cause now instead of maybe a few hundred dollars your at a grand but with only 2 year old trojans i would want to make damm sure they are bad..................................

I would also call Club Car Tech Support and ask about the Field Upgrade Kit, see if it exist and if so what is the cost.

And please let us know the results !

Does anyone know the part # for the field upgrade kit.

It makes no sense to give U extra parts with a new OBC , why do the extra parts do ,
Fix the old one ???? or Fix the new one U just bought ?

the new light you can read the codes instead of having to set the tool underneath the cart and try to read the OBC ...........thats a real pain trying to read the OBC but it can be done........as for the grey wire i know they had problems with them rotting away so they give you a new one and than the OBC itself is the latest version thats all the upgrade kit is.................
