97 ds series charger will not come on

I have a 97 DS club car series cart that the yellow light flashes 1 short and then 1 long flash. While in the cart barn when I unplug the charger from the cart and then plug it back in the charger will not come on. If I drive it for about 50 feet and then replug the charger, the charger will come on. The next morning I tried another charger and it will not come on. I'm leaning toward a bad OBC but I'm hoping some of ya'll will have a fix for me.

gleemo, have done dozens of them and to be honest it dosn,t work more than it does.........i know i know but the many many times i have done the reset when it does work its just a temporary thing, i have seen very few that resetting was all that was required............................

yep you could almost say if it happens a 2nd , 3rd time, then replace the OBC

yep, did the obc reset and as Shadowman said, did not solve my problem.
