91 club car question
I found a 91 36v Club Car for $300.00.. # A9137-261387
The guy says it runs but needs one battery and the steering is lose (due to a coupler at steering box? his words) I am told to stay away from a resistor type cart (again this cart will be used for towing a race car) The seller has no clue and I asked him to look down by the batteries for the resistors, but he dosen't know what he is looking at Any way to tell if it is a resistor cart before I drive an hour to see it? |

Re: 91 club car question
Ask him where the solenoid is located. In front & center is a resistor coil cart behind the batteries on the passenger side frame rail is controller cart. Do not try to tow with a resistor cart.. of course a stock controller cart won't like it either...
You are going to have to modify whatever you get to do the job reliably... |
