Resistor coil carts do not have controllers.
You may be referring to the V-glide? It's the black pie shaped gizmo at the end of the throttle linkage. It is mounted on the frame rail under the driver's side seat.

You would help us greatly if you could post a few pics of the battery bay showing the various components

I will work on getting some pics. This cart is kicking my butt. tried cleaning up the wires on the motor and the stems snapped off!
The throttle wires connect behind the batteries to coils if that helps

The stems? You mean the terminal studs? THe only terminals that need cleaning have green & white stuff growing on them.... Sounds like you should have left well enough alone.

Wink Re: 94 club cart wires broken , dont know where they go

I have 2 diagrams for a DS 1990-1994 Resistor coils and DS 1990-1994 solid State Controller, hope it helps.

I am currently converting my club car dsnresistor coil cart to a solid state controller (i bought form my local goodwil for 300.00). While talking with the local dealer about the conversion i learned basicly from 1990 thur 1994 club car used the same diagrams and parts.

Good luck..
