Default How can you reset the OBC if you have "The Cart Key" security keypad?

I read the "sticky" on resetting the OBC for club car but it didn't work. My cart has "The Cart Key" installed on it so I'm guessing I'll have to bypass it in order to reset the OBC. I'm trying a reset because my charger will not turn on at all. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. 2007 Club Car Precedent

. . . can you try charger on another cart to rule out the charger as being the problem?

Not sure... The charger is mounted on the cart so no plug where I can just plug it into another cart to see if it works. I may could try another charger to see if it will charge mine but again, the cart key system may get in the way if it's somehow wired into my on-board charger. Is there a simple way to test the charger itself, say with a multi-meter? Thanks for your reply!

. . . did you observe the 20 - 30 second delay time after unplugging charger from wall outlet prior to plugging it back in? This is necessary or charger will not initiate . . . what is pack voltage? .: did you check the sense lead fuse? . . . thumbup:

I had the pros pick it up on Friday so we'll see what they say about it....sure it's an easy fix for someone more knowledgeable about these electrical systems than I am. I did listen for the charger to click on/off after plugging and unplugging it from the wall and nothing (waited about a minute or so before plugging in after unplugging). Thanks for your replies - I'll post the outcome once I get the cart back.

Here I am trying to reset the OBC and it was just a case of the retractable cord being pulled to hard and coming disconnected from the charger... Didn't think of that since the cord was winding up and pulling out like normal. Glad it was something simple...thanks again for your replies!
