Ok update, i have checked the charging receptacle has same voltage as the batterys but the ignition interlock don't have anything comming out and thr f/r switch dont have anything and the key switch dont have anything and not getting anything from the peddle should thay have the same as the batteries?

It sounds like the Reed switch has blown in the charge receptacle. This is the red wire to the F&R micro switch (ms). Simply re route the feed from the battery pack main + for that little problem

so it should have the same voltage as the batteries from the reed switch to the f/r

Yes this is referred to as OV operating voltage. Typically between 36 and 38v
