Default Center Cap question.

I scored a set of 10" Alum. Wheels off of my local Craigslist. They came with "push thru" style center caps. The caps won't clear the front hub. Are ceneter caps standard? Do I need to buy "snap in" style?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Is it a diameter issue or a depth issue?

Looking back at what I wrote....I'm. Big dummy! It's a depth issue. I had to take the dust cap off the hub.

One of the vendors here has deeper center caps, but I cannot recall who it is. DOH!

Do the center caps work with the dust caps off?

Yeah, it's fine with the dust caps off. I'm gonna go to pep boys, napa, etc & see of the have a shallow dust cap. It could almost be flat.

I wouldn't even sweat it if they fit with the dust caps off. Nothing is gonna leak out.

I put a little RTV on the flange of the center cap to provide a little but of a seal.
