Default 1984 Yamaha G1 gas golf cart

My cart starts and runs fine except quite often I have to pull the choke out just a little to get it to engage and move. That would be normal for a cold start but it does it sometimes after it's warmed up.

Chances are it needs new crank seals. Very common problem. After you change them it should run like new. Welcome to the site!

Where can I find instructions to replace crank seal? Will I need any special tools?

Seals are common yes, but check crank/bearing play on the clutch side, as the belt tightens, the crank is pulled rearward, and this bearing receives much more wear than the flywheel side...
