We'll I feel like a big dumby . I watched a video last night on the clutches working did not realize that the back clutch was a clutch I thought it was just a pulley. It was frozen opened sprayed some oil on it twice tap it with a hammer and it closed. Put belt back on and it ran right . Still not the power I want but I ordered a smaller belt and try that out. I am going to oil the clutch a few more timesand hope it works right if not I will order another . Thanks for all the reply

Cool. Still may want to check the compression when you find time.

Oh and the belt should measure 1 3/16" in width. If its worn , the clutches cant hook up properly.
