2006 Yamaha
Just bought this cart the motor pulsates doesn't continually run like my old ez go? Is there an adjustment to speed it up at all?

Most yamaha gas on top of the trans is a stud that moves with the throttle, you tighten the nut down for more speed. Usually best to lay under rear bumper and reach up in there use a 10mm long socket on a 1/4 drive if you have, and do it when the cart is cool so you find nothing hot in there. Or you can take the rear body off, or look in there with a light from the front should be able to see it. Its on a shaft out of the trans.
But it should only let off gas when you get to speed or go downhill, it should not pulsate. |
