Default 90 marathon improvements

I'm new to the forum, and got my 90 marathon last July, and have slowly been building it up. Since getting it, i've repainted the body, wheels, and upholstery (rattle can). This year, I got the BU standard 4" lift kit, windshield, and 22" mudbuster tires mounted on 8" black steel wheels. I'm planning on adding a rear seat, but that's where my questions start:

1.) After the lift, I have no more power climing hills. I have the 22337-g1 belt on the cart (it came with it), but the cart still drops to about 4-5mph while climing hills, where it didn't in the past. Is there anything that I can do to increase the speed here?

2.) I searched around the forums, and couldnt' find any pictures, or descriptions of how to adjust the governor on this cart. I know that it shortens the life of the cart, but I'd like to see if I can get a little more top end speed when I need it.

3.) I have read about people upgrading the springs in the rear of the cart to increase load, and have read that 2.5" I.D 3.5" O.D that are 14" long and rated for 150lbs would be about right, but what about the shocks? Also, does anybody know of a common car that I can buy the parts from a local auto shop, rather than hunting down a sprint car shop in the area, or ordering them?

4.) I've read that I should go to premix on the gas/oil for the 2-stroke engine, but couldn't find out how to do it. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance for your help, I can't believe all of the knowledge that is shared on this board.

This is it, with the exception of the hitch (that's been rewelded and made more sturdy so that I can launch the boat with it).

Did you mount the hitch to the frame?
