Default G1 carb fitting

Hi, i read here alot. Got a question. Cart has been actng up, changed out all fuel lines. the cart seems to bogg and die and sometimes wont start when it is hot and humid. I have done several things to try to remidy the problem, cleaned the carb and pretty much eliminated all fuel lines that could possable been a problem. i am thinking the problem lies in the fitting to the right of the oil injection line

On the passenger side of the carb there is 3 fittings, starting from the left is the fuel line the the oil injection now the fitting to the right of the oil injection line is WHAT? it had a line on it and a screw in the line to cap it off, BUT when i remove the line the cart starts and seems to run. WHAT is the line to the right of the oil injection line and how should i have it to be correct. Thanks Joey

the third line is pulse for fuel pump. bad crankshaft seals will make it run bad, and in time destroy your motor. heres how to check your crank seals. block the exhaust at the "tailpipe" with your hand. piston at bottom dead center. blow smoke (you a smoker?) into sparkplug hole, and watch for anywhere smoke comes out. 2-stroke engines will run lean and destroy themselves if given any alternate air source or vacuum leak not drawn in through the carb.

Pulse what? I am thinking it is a vent, went reading more and its prob a vent. Do people keep a breather hose on it or just open to the fitting.
