Default NO SPEED, new Alltrax & Admiral B2

I finally got my cart back up and running after installing a Alltrax 400 and Admiral B2. Problem is it only goes walking speed. I installed the field map for the correct motor, just hoping it's an adjustment I can do on the controller or maybe reinstall the field map??

Sounds like a speed sensor problem? Make sure to plug in the speed sensor or double check the wiring.

You can do the push test.
Turn the key on and push the cart by hand. The alarm should sound and you should get resistance.
Open the XCT program file and uncheck monitor rpm. IF the cart goes faster, this confirms bad speed sensor input.

I hope this helps

Speed sensor not working or not connected properly. Check plug in is not reversed? Check controller program

I double checked the wires, unplugged and replugged all looks good. Nothing is showing up on the controller under error flags. Anything else on the controller program I should check?

I did have to call Alltrax Thursday because I was having trouble getting the field map to load from file and Will sent me a new and said to set the motor on 4 pole. Could any of this be a problem?

I'm going to be gone for awhile - It's Saturday.
Uncheck monitor rpm in the controller program - if the cart runs good the problem is in between the speed magnet and the controller.
You can run this way just be sure to limit max speed to 24mph.

I did that and it runs better but seems a little slower than it did with the stock motor and controller?? Enjoy your weekend and hopefully you or someone can help me out soon. At least I have a cart again that moves.
