04 turf 2 conversion
Hello. I bought a good running 04 turf 2. Other than running good it needs everything. I don’t see a lot rear seat kits, or dash kits for it. Does it share a lot of interior pieces with a DS? I’m working on tires and wheels. Doesn’t have a bottom seat. Head lights are gone. Ordering suspension and steering parts. Other ideas. Thanks!

There are no rear seat kits. Sell it and buy a DS, or you're going to have to make something yourself that has some kind of seat that sits in the bed. Easier to sell the carryall and get a DS and add a rear seat / buy one with a rear seat installed. The beds are handy. Dash kit depends on your roof style, and the style of dash in your Turf 2, but DS should probably work. Some are slightly differnet so you would want to look for a DS dash kit and compare your dash to the DS of that year. Not sure what you mean by interior pieces. Armrests are different I believe. Cushions depends on the year. Seat bottom is plywood just get some 3/4" marine plywood. Whats wrong with suspension and steering? What parts do you think you need to order? they're probably pretty similar, if you're just doing bushings and spacers they will be the same as the DS. If you do leaf spring bushings I Would get new bolts/hardware for those as well. |
