Default Wire guage

So I am running leads from the main lithium pos and neg to my 30 amp 48vto12v voltage reducer,

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

What gauge wire should I use for this connection.

I then plan on sending the output feed from this device to a fuse block

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...1?ie=UTF8&th=1

What guage wire should I use from the reducer to the fuse block?

For the negative side of the distro I was thinking just a simple bus bar, does this sound proper?

Thanks electrical is not my strong point but I am trying to learn.

Thanks

Use #16 THHN stranded wire for the 48 volt side of the reducer.

Use #10 THHN stranded wire for the 12 volt side. This is good for 30 amps.

THHN wire is suitable for wet or dry locations. It is available by the foot at Lowes or HD.

A busbar or multiple terminal strip is ideal for this. Here is what I used:

But you may want to go to the 25 amp set. Mine is only 10 amps.

BTW, if you are installing a light kit, most come complete with a fuse block. Mine had extra fuse spaces, 3 I think, for accessories other than what is needed for the lights.

Otherwise, the fuse block you show is perfect!
