Re: My Cart Won't Move
Sounds like it's not running, just turning over by the starter have you checked the spark plug to see if it's getting fire?

Check all wires, connections, and fuses. check to see if your plug is firing, This could be a fouled spark plug |

Re: My Cart Won't Move
When somebody writes into a forum asking how to fix a gas engine and they they don't know the most basic step 1 about engine diagnostics or repair I tend to want to advise them to take it to a professional ...... there is no magic bullet we can give. Search the internet and learn how a gas engine works....figure out if your gas engine is 2 or 4 stroke. See what is needed to make internal combustion engines run and then start to figure what part of the "run equation" is missing

Re: My Cart Won't Move
Two-stroke engines are notoriously hard on spark plugs.. Every two-stroke engine (outboard motors, lawn equipment) I've ever had starting/running problems with, a new, properly gapped, spark plug will get them running like new 90-95% of the time..
I'd start with a new spark plug, then move to the rest of the basics if it still refuses to start.. |
