How did I do purchasing this G9?
Hello,
I am a total newbe to the golf cart scene. (I even try to walk as much as possible when playing golf.) This is the 1993 G9 project that I just bought. I paid $600 for it. The body, seats, etc., are in excellent shape. (Other than the horrible homemade camo job!) As soon as I get the fuel/flooding issue under control and everything is running properly, I will get to work on the cosmetics. I've had a few people tell me that I paid too much for a cart that looks like this one, and has a motor/fuel problem. I figured that the body panels, seats, lift kit, wheels and tires are worth the $600 so I went for it. What do you guys think? |

Welcome to BGW.
The Jakes lift, wheels and tires, and headlight/tail light kit are worth about $600. I'd say you got a great deal. |

If I found a cart at that price i wouldnt hesitate to get it. A price like that in tx will be sold as soon as it was posted. Even ones with a blown engine are selling for that price with no lift or wheels

good deal! looks like it has good parts. check the rear clutch - secondary and tell us what color the spring is. if it is white you have a torque spring in it.
