![]() Beeping 3-2 is the error code for a wielded solenoid, but low voltage on J1 Pin-5 will also set that error flag.
What the controller is doing is comparing the voltage between the controller's B- and B+ terminals vs the voltage between the controller's B- terminal and J1 Pin-5 (Bottom row -far left - plug is mounted upside down - see attached). When the solenoid contacts are open, the voltage on the B+ terminal should be less than the voltage on Pin-5 and when the solenoid contacts are closed, they should be the same. What voltages do you get? --------- Not sure why you are getting a beeped error code if the key is off, as it should be while charging. |

On the other hand, I always turn the key off and place the F/R in neutral when I park my cart, just in case the throttle pedal get bumped. |

![]() JohnnieB...I have been fighting this go no go cart situation.Every time I think I fixed it...it does it again. This beeping is new now.I just bypassed the reed switch.Last week in fact...thought that was it.Cart ran perfect..then started the go... no go action again. The reverse buzzer worked even when the cart dont. Before I replaced some bad cables...the buzzer never worked when the cart would not run.
I think I have the origional GHOST cart |
