Welcome to the forum! It sounds like you already know what you have.
Customized aftermarket stuff may be somewhat limited for the old 3 wheeler but some members have done great restorations.....One that comes to mind was a red HD cart.....Anyone link us to that? |

Physics ... they are not as stable as a 4 wheeler. Most of the mods you see here are simply lifted for more ground clearance and speed increases.....They do have the advantage of a tighter turning radius ..... just don't do it too fast.
Hey , use the search for 3 wheeler related discussions and pictures. |

Re: New member w/first cart needs lots of info
i know your not gonna want to hear this but a 79 3wh cart are you sure thats the cart you want to drop a lot of money in? 1st some parts you can,t get anymore and some parts are gonna be very hard to find and when you do they arn,t cheap.......if there are going to be kids driving it i think its a bad idea to even think about lifting it as they arn,t all that stable to begin with............whatever you decide good luck and have fun but if there are gonna be kids/young adults you might want to think about selling it and getting a 4 wheel cart.............just my opinion but i have seen more than enough of them flip over on their side without a lift and people ended up being hurt pretty good.........broken bones, concushions, good lacarations even seen 2 young girls who had to be life flighted...............just some things to think about...............................
