91 Ezgo Marathon 36v F/R switch gets hot!
Hi All, I have a 91 ezgo marathon controller cart. Cart was running fine till one day a battery terminal melted off! Since then I have replaced batteries, now the motor and f/r switch gets hot! I've checked for loose cables, cleaned everything still getting hot. Also when going up hill cart barely moves. When I first got the cart the prior owner grounded his lights to the carts frame along with a ground wire from the battery! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Replace the F&R with HD model. High resistance from worn/poor contacts causes unwanted heat.
